1. Services
koscak.ai provides passive security reviews, automated scanning, and editorial security content. All reviews are read-only reconnaissance - we never modify, probe with payloads, or exploit any system. Our scanner and manual reviews operate within the scope you authorize.
2. Your responsibilities
- You must own or have written authorization for any system you submit for review.
- Submitting a third-party domain you do not control is a breach of these terms and may be illegal in your jurisdiction.
- You must be 18 or older to purchase a review service.
3. Scope and limitations
Our reviews are point-in-time assessments. Security is a moving target - a clean report today does not guarantee a clean state tomorrow. We do not provide continuous monitoring unless explicitly contracted.
The free scanner performs 15 passive checks only. It does not attempt authentication, exploit vulnerabilities, or access restricted content.
4. Deliverables and timeline
Paid review timelines are stated at the time of order confirmation. We reserve the right to extend timelines by up to 3 business days with notice. If we cannot deliver within the extended timeline, you are entitled to a full refund.
5. Confidentiality
All findings from paid reviews are confidential. We do not discuss, publish, or reference client findings without written consent. We operate under implied NDA from the moment you submit a domain for review.
6. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for damages arising from vulnerabilities not identified in our review - security reviews are not guarantees of security.
7. Newsletter
The newsletter is editorial content only. Nothing in our posts constitutes legal, financial, or professional security advice for your specific system. Apply findings from our content with professional judgment.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Slovak law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Slovak courts, unless EU consumer protection law provides stronger protection in your member state.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via the newsletter and this page with at least 14 days notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
